About Behind The Show
26 years
behind it.
The knowledge behind live events deserves a place to live.
Vinay's experience spans live event production, professional AV, concerts, corporate events, artist requirements, backline, rental operations, technical planning, venue production, inventory and logistics.
Behind The Show is editorially distinct from the operating businesses associated with that experience. The knowledge is the product. Businesses may be referenced where they provide useful context, but this is not a lead-generation wrapper.
If you have spent time behind shows too, suggest a topic, challenge an idea or share a better method. The goal is a community knowledge resource.
Experienced production input is available when the knowledge needs to become a plan.
Vinay is available for selected production consultation and production-management engagements. Scope and responsibilities are agreed for each production; engaging Vinay does not require the use of any particular production or rental supplier.
Share what the industry has taught you.
Suggest a topic, challenge an idea or describe a better method. Useful contributions may inform future BTS research or editorial review; sending one does not guarantee publication.
